By accessing the Site or submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

The Company operates a mass tort case-intake service for individuals in the United States who may have been affected by a defective drug, medical device, consumer product, or toxic exposure. Through the Site, users may submit information about their potential case. Where a submission appears to describe a valid case, the Company may share that information with a licensed law firm within its network that handles mass tort matters, for possible representation. The Company is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee that any law firm will accept a submitted case.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Site or submit an inquiry.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the Company, or between you and any law firm, unless and until that law firm separately agrees to represent you in writing.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an inquiry. Providing false or misleading information may result in your inquiry not being processed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary; the Company is not responsible for issues arising from unsupported carriers.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of the Company or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the Site and its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any case, the acceptance of any inquiry by a law firm, or the results of any legal representation you may obtain.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any consumer protection or messaging-related laws applicable in the United States to the extent they apply to our SMS program.
